OUR UNIQUE APPROACH
One-on-One Sessions
Forward Approach Physical Therapy & Wellness will offer individualized, one on one sessions with a physical therapist offering a variety of treatments to help improve function, reduce pain, and return to activities. Some treatments may include stretching, range of motion, strengthening, stabilization, balance exercises, and manual therapy. Forward Approach will also provide patients with an exercise program specific to their goals, using bodyweight exercises and inexpensive equipment such as resistance bands or an exercise ball to continue progressing at home.
